I don’t know who it was who said  that the best camera is the one you have in your pocket, but in my case it’s oh so true.  When I go out walking (unless I’m going somewhere where I know that calls for a proper camera), the only one I carry is my iPhone.

The cover photo of Revolution Earth was taken by me in the Snowy Mountain region of New South Wales, Australia in summer just as the burning sun was beginning to set.  It was at the height of a drought that had lasted years, but even though the sky looked so threatening the rains passed us by.
